INSIDE THE STUDIO: A Visit to the Threshold

Studio Visit Discover where perception becomes image. Would you like to see my paintings before they leave the studio? Or understand the silent process behind symbolic portraiture? You are warmly invited to visit my atelier in Brussels, either in person or online. In this intimate encounter, you'll be able to see my original works up close and feel their textures, their silence, their resonance. We'll share a quiet moment together, perhaps over a tea or coffee and a nice conversation. You're welcome to observe the pieces that are available, ask about the process behind them, or simply be there, in the presence of the work.  I receive guests who wish to approach symbolic portraiture from the place where it is born: not only from the canvas, but from the gaze, from the hand, from a moment of suspended time where all is about to happen. Together, we enter a shared silence. The works, often in process, open like thresholds. I speak of my practice, the choice of materials, and how I try to capture a murmur between perception and memory. We talk about identity, archetypes, and the invisible things that slowly find form in our lives as well as on the canvas. This is not a guided tour, but a shared threshold—an encounter with silence, matter, and presence. Engage in a meaningful dialogue about art, presence, and creativity. Types of visits I offer: In-person visits in Brussels by appointment. It can be individual or group 3 people maximum. Virtual visits via Zoom or video call. Visits tailored for collectors, curators, artists, or art lovers.
